Ingredients
- Topping:
- 5 lb. yams (enough to make 6 cups mashed)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 C. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2/3 C. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/3 C. heavy cream
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1 C. peacns, finely chopped
- 1/3 C. flour
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Bake yams in a 350F oven for 45 minutes or until done. Peel and mash making 6 cups. Combine with all other ingredient. Sprinkle topping on and cover with foil. Bake in 350F oven for 60-70 minutes.
