Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. new potatoes, 10-12 small
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
Preparation
Step 1
Heat 1 inch of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes with skin on. Cover and heat to a boil 20 to 25 minutes or until tender. Just before serving, toss with butter and sprinkle with parsley.
