Bacon-wrapped Shrimp and Basil

  • 12 large shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 24 basil leaves
  • 6 slices bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Wrap shrimp in 2 basil leaves each, then wrap each in 1/2 slice bacon. Skewer the shrimp and grill over med to med-high heat until bacon is crisp and shrimp is cooked, about 3 mins per side.
