Dubliner Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 12 oz artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 c mayo
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 2 T oregano
  • 2 T grated onion
  • 2 c Kerrygod Dubliner Cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and spoon the mixture into an 8" baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 300. Serve with crackers, pita chips or flat bread.
