Ingredients
- 12 oz artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 c mayo
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 T oregano
- 2 T grated onion
- 2 c Kerrygod Dubliner Cheese, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and spoon the mixture into an 8" baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 300. Serve with crackers, pita chips or flat bread.
