Ingredients
- 4 - 4 oz salmon
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Instructions
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Line a baking dish with foil and spray with nonstick spray
Pat salmon dry with paper towels and place in baking dish
In a small saucepan combine the remaining ingredients and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbles
Pour over salmon coating as much as possible
Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through
