Beef Barbeque

Ingredients

• Roast beef-eye of the round or other
• President's Choice Gourmet BBQ Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook beef the day before to internal temp of 160
Slice an cool
Heat BBQ sauce with drippings from the pan
Pour this over sliced meat and heat in the ven at 250 for about 2 hours
Check occasionally and baste to keep it moist
