- 3/4 lb each Green & Yellow Beans
- 2 c Tomato chopped
- 1 tb Sherry Vin
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- S&P
- 1/2 c Basil sliced
- 1/2 c Feta
Preparation
Step 1
Blanch Beans -drain
Combine tomatoes thru S&P
Top beans with tomato mix
Sprinkle with basil & feta to serve
