Bean, Tomato and Feta Salad

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb each Green & Yellow Beans
  • 2 c Tomato chopped
  • 1 tb Sherry Vin
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • S&P
  • 1/2 c Basil sliced
  • 1/2 c Feta

Preparation

Step 1

Blanch Beans -drain
Combine tomatoes thru S&P
Top beans with tomato mix
Sprinkle with basil & feta to serve
