Pork Chops by Claudia

Ingredients

  • pork chops
  • apple, sliced
  • orange, sliced
  • 1 can beef bouillon
  • ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice

Preparation

Step 1

Brown pork chops in skillet. Top each one with apple slice and orange slice. Pour over one can of beef bouillon. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and brown sugar. Cover and simmer until done (45 minutes).

To thicken sauce, mix 1 Tbsp. corn starch with orange juice.

Serve with rice.
