Lemon Pudding Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 2 C milk
  • 1 pkg instant lemon pudding
  • 1 8 in graham cracker crust, baked

Preparation

Step 1

1. Stir cheese until very soft, blend in 1/2 C milk. Add remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly about one minute just til well mixed. Pour at once over crust. Chill to serve.

2. May add more cracher crumbs to top.
