Ingredients
- 3 lb cooked ham
- 4 large potatoes, cubed
- 1 small onion
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 soup can of milk
- 1/2 lb Velveeta, cut into strips
Preparation
Step 1
In slow cooker, layer half of the ham, the potatoes, the other half of the ham and the onion. Mix together the soup, milk, and garlic salt. Pour over ham and potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cook for 4 1/2 hours on high.
