Ingredients
- 2 medium oranges
- 1 pound cranberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
1. Peel and section oranges; reserve peel of one orange.
2. Remove as much white membrane from peel as possible. Grind orange sections, orange peel, and cranberries using a coarse blade on the food processor.
3. Stir in nuts and sugar. Chill and serve.
