Ingredients
- 1 can Progresso black beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup plum tomatoes, chopped (or 1 can diced
- tomatoes, drained)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 2-3 jalapenos, minced
- 2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 3 " olive oil
- 2 " fresh lime juice
- 1 teas. cumin
- 1/2 teas. salt
- 1/2 teas. pepper
- chopped cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
