Beef Tips

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless chuck (or stew beef)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cans tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 small carrot, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut beef into small cubes. Brown in oil and season with salt and pepper.

2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.

3. Simmer for 2 hours and add more water if needed.

4. Serve over noodles.
