Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 Pork Chops
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups Italian Style Bread Crumbs
  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

*Preheat oven to 350o
*Rinse pork chops, pat dry with paper towel and season with garlic powder and seasoning salt. Place beaten eggs in a bowl. Dredge the pork chops lightly in flour, dip in the egg and coat liberally with bread crumbs.
*Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Fry pork chops 5 mins per side or until breading is well browned. Transfer pork chops to a 9X13in baking dish, cover with foil.
*Bake for 1hr. While baking combine cream of mushroom and milk in a medium bowl. After pork chops have baked for 1hr cover them with soup mixture. Replace foil and bake for another 30mins.
