Ingredients
- 1 package lemon pudding mix
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups water
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
Preparation
Step 1
Combine pudding, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/4 c water in saucepan. Add egg yolks and blend. Add remaining sugar. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a full boil and is thickened. Remove from heat.
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add 4 tbs sugar. Beat until stiff. Fold in hot pudding.
Place in prepared crust and chill.
