Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken

Ingredients

  • 12-16 ounces chicken breast
  • 4 tsp. brown sugar packed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp. salted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 dash black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in skillet, brown the garlic in the butter. Add chicken breasts, cook thoroughly, adding salt and pepper as you like it. When chicken is fully cooked add brown sugar on top of each breast. Allow the brown sugar to melt into the chicken (about 5 min). Serve with your favorite carb and veggie salad.
