Ingredients
- 1 baked pie shell
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 package strawberry jello
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook water, sugar and cornstarch over medium heat until thickened and clear; stirring constantly. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes longer. Add jello; stir until dissolved.
2. Place berries in pie shell; pour cooked mixture over berries and chill.
