Ingredients
- 2 pounds stewing beef
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 pound bacon, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 4 tablespoons paprika
- 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 3/4 cup beef stock
- 2/3 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
• Remove any excess fat from meat and cut into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
• Pre-heat skillet over medium-high heat. Brown meat in skillet with vegetable oil. Transfer the beef to Microwave Pressure Cooker.
• Place all of ingredients except sour cream into
Microwave Pressure Cooker. Place the lid on top and seal
.
• Place Cooker into microwave and cook on HIGH for 25 minutes.
• Remove Cooker from microwave and allow pressure to drop. When pressure has dropped, remove lid and stir sour cream into stew. Season to taste and serve with rice or egg noodles.
