Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 sticks softened butter
- 1 1/2 cups packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 pkg choc chips
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 300. Have ungreased baking sheet ready.
Whisk together flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda in a small bowl.
Put butter and sugar in a medium bowl. Beat in pumpkin puree. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Beat in flour mixture until just combined. Stir in chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoon 2 inches apart. Bake till set; 20 – 22 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool. Store in wrapped foil or a baking tin; the cookies soften too much if stored in airtight plastic.
