Ingredients
- 1 cup · Onion
- 1 cup · Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tablespoon · Cilantro
- 1 teaspoon · Lime
- 1 pinch · Salt
- 1 cup · Large shrimp, cut in halves
Preparation
Step 1
1 Rinse vegetables
2 Dice onions
3 Dice tomatoes
4 Cut large shrimp into halves or thirds (however you prefer)
5 Soak shrimp in lime juice (fresh or bottled) for 30 minutes
6 Put tomatoes and onions into a tumbler or bowl for mixing, then add a dash of salt and cilantro
7 Pour lime soaked shrimp into mixture and mix or stir well
8 Chill dish for an hour then serve cold
