Ingredients
- 1 cup tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 6 large olives, pitted and chopped
- 2 Tbsp Vidalia onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Scoop up with celery sticks or other fresh, cut-up vegetables.
