Broccoli w/ Red Pepper & Garlic

Something different for something plain.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 6 c Broccoli (1 head)
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 3 clv Garlic -minced
  • 1/4 c water

Preparation

Step 1

Heat Oil m-h
Saute broccoli thru garlic 2 min.
Add water -cover reduce heat to low
Cook 2 min.
