Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic

Doesn't even taste like asparagus! Even Scott likes this one!

Ingredients

  • 40 Spears
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tb Butter
  • 2 tb Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Balsamic Vin
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Lemon rind - grated

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange Spears- single layer on sprayed sheet
Sprinkle with S&P - cook 12 min.

Melt butter -medium cook 3 min or browned -remove
Add soy & balsamic - Drizzle over spears
