Ingredients
- 3 LAGE CUCUMBERS
- 1 t SALT
- 1/4 C WHITE SUGAR
- 1/8 C WATER
- 1/4 C WHITE VINEGAR
- 1/2 t CELERY SEED
- 1/4 C CHOPPED ONION
Preparation
Step 1
PEEL AND SLICE THIN CUCUMBERS. SPRINKLE WITH SALT. LET STAND 30 MINUTES.THEN SQUEEZE TO RELEASE MOISTURE.
IN MEDIUM BOWL MIX SUGAR, WATER, WINEGAR, CELERY SEED AND ONION. ADD CUCUMBERS AND MIX WELL. REFRIGERATE 1 HOUR.
