Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 sleeve round buttery crackers, crushed
- oil for deep frying
- Dip cauliflower into eggs; coat with cracker crumbs. Deep fry in a heavy skillet with 1/2-inch depth oil until golden; drain on paper towels. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
