Ingredients
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 8-10 pieces of crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1-1/2 large plum tomato, chopped without seeds
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- Crust:
- 1 can refrugerated flaky dinner biscuits
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
2. Mix filling ingredients.
3. Divide each biscuit in three. Indent biscuits into mini muffin pan. Fill each evenly with the filling mixture.
4. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
