Ingredients
- 2 lbs. fresh tuna steaks
- 1/8 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp chili sauce
- 1 lime & juice
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 Tbsp sliced onion
Preparation
Step 1
Place fish in a deep platter. Squeeze lime juice over top. Combine all ingredients except onion and 2 Tbsp melted butter. Pour mixture over fish and let sit 30 minutes. Remove fish, save sauce. Cook fish on grill basting with sauce.
In a frying pan, melt butter and add sliced onions. Cook until browned. Place fish on platter and cover with onions.
