Super Easy Cheese and Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 24 fresh mushrooms, Stems removed
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
- garlic salt
- ground pepper
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- My additions
- Butter
- Panko crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp towel.
3. Thaw Spinach and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
4. In mixing bowl combine all ingredients except mushrooms and Parmesan.
5. Mix well (do not use electric mixer).
6. Fill mushroom caps with mixture and place on cookie sheet.
7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
8. Bake 15-20 minutes.
9. Serve warm.
My changes: I melted butter and added panko crumbs and parmesan cheese to moisten then placed crumbs on top of each mushroom before putting in the oven. Doing this added a nice buttery crunch to each mushroom.
