Ingredients
- 1 8-9 oz. package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and chopped
- 2 3oz. packages cream cheese cut up
- 2 oz. swiss slices torn into pieces
- 1/4 cup snipped dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp. dried minced onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- baguette slices or crackers toasted
Preparation
Step 1
in 1 1/2 qt. slow cooker stir together hearts, cream cheese, swiss, tomatoes, mayo, milk, onion and garlic
cover and cook on low 2 1/2-3 hrs. or 1 1/2 hrs on high
stir before serving
serve with baguettes or crackers
