Potato-Ham Scallop

Ingredients

  • 2 c. ham, cubed
  • 6-8 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 T. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 T. melted butter
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Layer in covered glass pan or casserole dish, starting with ham.
Pour milk on top.
Sprinkle bread mixed with butter on top.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
You can also microwave for 20-25" on roast setting.
