CHEESEBURGER MACARONI SKILLET

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 Tbs. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. montreal steak seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbs; drain.

Stir in the macaroni, broth, milk, ketchup, mustard, steak seasoning and onion powder; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10-15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in cheese until melted.
