Ingredients
- 2 TBS butter
- 4 medium carrots sliced
- 3 medium parsnips sliced
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 5 TBS honey
- 1 TBS parsley
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Add the butter to large skillet over medium high heat. Once foamy add the carrots and parsnips and cook while stirring for 3 minutes. Add the chicken broth and 3 TBS honey and stir til combined. Turn heat to medium ,cover and cook for about 5-6 minutes.
Remove lid and season with parsley, salt, and pepper.
Turn heat to medium high and cook while stirring til the carrots and parsnips are tender and glazed. Add remaining honey and remove from heat.
