Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sour cream or yogurt
- 1 stick butter
- 1 jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in baking dish
Add the c cans corn. Do not drain the whole kernel corn
Add the beaten eggs and sour cream
Mix corn muffin mix until moist
Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1-1/4 hrs.
