Crab Dip

Serve this dip with reduced-fat crackers or pita bread slices.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
  • 4 Tbsp reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Dash ground black pepper
  • 1 can (6oz) crabmeat, drained
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor blender, combine the first 9 ingredients (through pepper). Blend until smooth.

Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in the crabmeat and green onion. Cover and refrigerate 5 hours or overnight before serving.
