Cipolline Galzed Onions

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Cipolline onions
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 1 Tbsp sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in skillet, add onions. Saute 5 minutes. Add garlic and sugar, cook a few minues to glaze onions. Add wine, put in casserole dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees, shaking pan often. Uncover and bake another 15-20 minutes.
