Ingredients
- 6 pounds pork, boiled for 1 hour
- 6 slices toast
- 3 celery stalks, cut into slices
- 10 saltines
- Poultry seasoning
- Pepper
- 10 eggs
- 1 small onion or onion powder
Preparation
Step 1
1. Grind together pork, celery, toast and saltines.
2. When ground, add poultry seasoning, onion and pepper to taste.
3. Mix in eggs right before stuffing the turkey.
