  • 6 slices toast
  • 3 celery stalks, cut into slices
  • 10 saltines
  • Poultry seasoning
  • Pepper
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 small onion or onion powder

Step 1

1. Grind together pork, celery, toast and saltines.
2. When ground, add poultry seasoning, onion and pepper to taste.
3. Mix in eggs right before stuffing the turkey.
