Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberries, hulled, quartered
- 3 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 heaping Tbs. slivered fresh mint
Preparation
Step 1
in med. bowl, sprinkle the strawberries with sugar and mash lightly utnitl berries exude juice and sugar starts to dissolve
let sit 15 min.
strain juices into a bowl
whisk sour cream into the juice
in med. bowl whip cream to soft peaks
fold in sour cream mix
fold in strawberries
refigerate until chilled 20 min.
spoon into bowl and serve with mint
