Ingredients
- 1 mango diced
- 3/4 C red onion chopped
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 red pepper diced
- 1 TBS sugar
- 2 TBS white wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Gently toss together mango, red pepper, onion, sugar, olive oil, and vinegar. Fold in avocado and salt. Let sit a couple hours before serving.
