Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds stew beef
- 1 1/2 pounds pork cubes
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 3 chopped green peppers
- 6 ounce can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1-2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 plus teaspoon Hungarian paprika (opt)
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients into a crock pot and cook 8 to 8 1/2 hours on high (300 degrees). Shread meat as possible with spoons or later with wire whisk.
