Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 1 16oz. pkg. peeled trimmed baby carrots
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 Tbs. minced green onion tops
Preparation
Step 1
melt butter over med-high
add carrots
brown slightly 8 min.
add apple juice and honey, bring to boil
reduce and simmer till carrots are tender and liquid is reduced to glaze, stirring occasionally, about 15 min.
season to taste with salt and pepper
transfer to bowl
sprinkle with onion tops and serve
