  • HEAD CABBAGE, SHREDDED
  • POLISH SAUSAGE OR HOT DOGS
  • 1 EGG
  • 1/4 C VINEGAR
  • 1 T BUTTER
  • 1 T SUGAR
  • 2 T PREPARED MUSTARD
  • 1/2 t PAPRICA

Preparation

Step 1

COOK CABBAGE ABOUT 5 MINUTES. DRAIN.PUT IN CASSEROLE DISH, TOP WITH SAUSAGE OR HOT DOGS.
IN SMALL SAUCE PAN, ADD EGG, VINEGAR, BUTTER, SUGAR, MUSTARD AND PAPRICA.COOK OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL THICK.
POUR OVER CABBAGE. BAKE UNTIL CABBAGE IS TENDER.
