Ingredients
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1 c water
- 1 pkg (12oz) fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1-3 T. prepared horseradish
- 1 T. dijon mustard
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) softened cream cheese
- assorted crackers
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, bvring sugars and water to a boil over med. heat. Stir in berries, return to a boil. Cook for 10 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Cool
Stir in horseradish and mustard. transfer tro a large bowl. refridgerate util chilled. Just before serving, spread cream cheese over crackers, top with cranberry mixture.
