MAKE AHEAD MASHED POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 12 MEDUIM POATOES
  • 8 OZ CREAM CHEESE (ROOM TEMP)
  • 1/4 C BUTTER
  • 1/2 C SOUR CREAM
  • 1/2 C MILK
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1 TSP SALT

Preparation

Step 1

BOIL POTATOES TILL COOKED THROUGH, WHILE POTATOES ARE STILL HOT MASH AND ADD IN CREAM CHEESE, BUTTER AND SOUR CREAM, MIX WELL AND THE MILK, THE TEMP HAS DROPPED ENOUGH TO ADD THE EGGS, MIX TILL ALL BLENDED AND SMOOTH. POUR INTO A 9 x 13 GREASED DISH REFRIDGERATE OVER NIGHT TO SET UP. BAKE AT 350 FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN ON TOP.
