Step 1
Grill corn and add mixture of 2 tbsp reduced fat mayo, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp grated lime peel. This will cover amount for 4 ears corn . Then sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over them. OR Top with a little mayo, sprinkle a little cotija cheese, add smoked chipotle powder or cayenne and top with chopped cilantro and squeeze of a wedge of lime.
