Ingredients
- onion
- jalapeno
- curry powder 1 T
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 t minced ginger
- 1 15 z can diced tomatoes with juices
- 1 can 15 oz, drained and rinsed chickpeas
- breast meat from on e rotisserie
- frsh cilantro
- low fat yogurt
- basmati rice
Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet, sayte oil over med heat, add onion, curry, gineger and jalapeno. Add chickpeas and tomaotesand shredded breast, simmer 12 minutes.
