Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. chopped cilantro
- 2 chopped scallions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. white wine vinegar
- 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1/3 cup lime juice
Preparation
Step 1
combine cilantro, scallions and garlic in resealable bag in fridge until ready to use
cut off top and bottom of pineapple
cut in half
cut each half into 4 wedges
core and skin wedges
place in resealable bag
add olive oil and vinegar, tabasco, lime, and seasoning mix
marinate in bag 30 min.
remove from bag and grill 3 min. on each side or until golden brown
serve
