Ingredients
- 2 thinly sliced yukon gold potatoes with 3 T EVOO
- 1/3 c plain greek yogurt
- 4 oz smoken salmon
- chives
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat 400
Place potatoes on baking sheet. Add salt and pepper. Bake for 20 mins , turning once till golden brown.
Top with yogurt, salmon, and chives.
