Soy-glazed brussel sprouts

  • 6 c of thinly sliced brussel sprouts
  • 1 c thinly sliced onion
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T sesame oil
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450. Toss brussel sprouts, onion, soy sauce and sesame oil together in large bowl until well coated. Spread mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 15 min or until tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle balsamic vinegar on top. Toss and serve.
