Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 6 scallions, sliced thin
- 1 1/2 cups long-grain rice, cooked
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a nonstick frying pan, heat 2 tbsp oil over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, cook, stirring, 5 minutes. Remove to plate.
Heat remaining oil in pan over medium heat, add garlic, ginger, and scallions. Stir for 30 seconds. Increase heat to high; add rice, salt, soy sauce, peas, and reserved mushrooms. Cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in sesame oil.
